Bought a new vape here & was working fine until the battery in the actual vape died the same day. Would not charge with my current battery pack. So I bought a new battery pack the next day & it still wouldn’t charge. Following day I let them know & requested it to be exchanged since it was no longer useable & they said since I left the store they could not assist me. Both of my batteries worked fine, just the one vape pod is not working. I’m frustrated because I spent money that wasn’t needed to replace the battery & I wasted my money on the pod itself. I’ve been a loyal customer but I won’t be returning.

Very nice customer service. I was helped by both employees very nice and welcoming. I was amazed by what all they sell. I’ve never been in a vape shop so I had a lot of fun in there lol. The suggestions I was given for what I needed helped a lot I am very thankful for the employees we need more like them in other places. Thank you!! I definitely recommend the pinnacle shake-Indica.
