Eveytime I go here it's always a great experience. Except for tonight. There was two employees. The tall female was really nice as always and helped me. But the other lady with curly hair was rude and just left me talking to myself to go hide in the back. Made me feel profiled and uncomfortable. Don't know what her issue is. But that's just plain mannerless.

Sells you a defective product, tried in front of the worker, she replaced it with another defective one, then refused to replace it. Was told by management yo go to the other location and they would fix it. Now I've been standing in here for 20 minutes waiting on her to replace this defective vape claiming she needs to call her boss. This is beyond frustrating and a horrible way to run business.

Tricky Vape Experience. Deception at its best. Was told to open my vape to make sure it operated correctly. Unfortunately, it didn't.. Only defects they replace is a broken or leaking vape. I was stuck with a FAVORLESS ( useless) brand new vape. WASTE OF MY 💰.

I was in from out of town and needed a pipe. I gave 4 stars because the place was hard to find, even with GPS. A sign would have been helpful, but I did not see one. However, once I got inside, they had any pipe I could need. I picked up a heavy Pyrex hand pipe for $10! I should’ve bought a spare while I was in town!
