Customer service was ok. The rep really didn't know much about done of the products in the store. The attitude was not the best, but it wasn't the worst. I believe there's not much training before representatives are placed on duty. I believe its not that the rep doesnt know anything. The issue is that the training does not have a vast ammount of tools so that rep gets the right training. Therefore, that's is why there is not plenty of product knowledge on the salesman's side.

Worst costumer service ever, I started going there about two years ago and the employee back then was so nice, now the service has gone down hill. Seems like the second you walk in they want you to leave, they don’t want to answer any questions and look annoyed that your even there, I’ve experienced this more than once. They should hire people who want to help customers.

Disrespected & got cussed out for asking simple questions so I decided to walk out & man was having some issues started cussing me out as I was walking out when I didn’t even disrespected him man was crashing out for no reason
