Customer service is 10/10, recommend to anyone. Go check them out!

Stopped by Puffers Paradise and had an awesome experience. Kenneth helped us out super knowledgeable, friendly, and patient. He took the time to walk us through different options and made sure we left with exactly what we needed. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products. You can tell they care about their customers and know their stuff. Highly recommend if you’re in the Mission area especially if you get the chance to talk to Kenneth. We’ll definitely be back!

Very clean store they have upped the par!!! Never will I ever go somewhere else!!!

I’ve been coming to this smoke shop for a few months now, and it’s truly a hidden gem. It’s family-owned and operated, and they consistently have the best flower and pre-rolls I’ve found anywhere in the RGV. On top of that, their product knowledge and customer service are absolutely unmatched in my experience. 5 stars — 10/10

Always very helpful and well stocked pretty much anything you need they have in store and if they don't they always strive to satisfy customers needs and will try attempt to get it for you which usually they do! Not to mention they are very humble people if you have questions they will answer them for you without rush
