Just came from there and the worker is very rude. I just tried to ask if you had a specific brand of preroll and the xpression on her face said everything, " [sigh] that's all we have man". Then, just trying to build rapport she just cut me off and said " ...go to another Vape City". How would you feel? Pretty much kicked me out. Of all the others Vape City this one chubby girl there is the ruddest, smh , did not buy anything.

I’m leaving this review because I’ve had repeated negative experiences at this store. The night shift employee is polite, but she gives me a hard time every time I come in. On my most recent visit, she refused to give me my correct change and didn’t offer a proper solution or replacement. Instead, she wanted me to struggle by giving me loose change rather than handling it properly. When she finally offered a 50¢ roll, she “recounted” it as if there was doubt, which felt unnecessary and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service—especially during the night shift—has been very disappointing.

This place is perfect location to my home, unfortunatelly the cashier girl is horrible. She denied my wife's purchase because she was on the phone with me. We are well into our 30's, so no minors involved. Shouldve expected that from her because she has no knowledge of the product and wasnt any help on my previous visit either. Hope the manager sees this because we go across town to avoid her now 👎
