This was my second time coming into this smoke shop and both times I’ve had the pleasure of getting, Danny, as my salesman. Let me just start off with saying, he’s top tier all around customer service!!! Everything from greeting me and being helpful to answering all my questions, and not trying to rip me off or pressure me to buy anything. He’s been very pleasant to deal with each time, y’all really should give him, Danny a raise, because he’s all about being a good person and that’s what I love!! I can’t stand rude people, especially when I’m just asking questions. Thank you so much, Danny!! God Bless You!!! Thanks for helping me save money. I came in thinking I needed to buy a whole new vape, when all I needed was coils 🤦🏻‍♀️lol

Great selection on vapes & other smoking products but the customer service ruins it. If you have a bad attitude, don't take it out on a paying customer. Don't ruin the experience for the rest of us because you don't want to work.

I have been to several smoke shops from here to Texas City. Finally came to this side because I needed to go to Nike outlet. I came in for an item and the lady said they aren’t in inventory yet. But she called the owner and allowed me to purchase them! Love this place! Best customer service and super nice people to deal with. Go here now!

Was pumping gas and spotted one of your employees run outside to give a customer who was already near the street in there car a phone I'm assuming they forgot in the store. Really nice of him he didnt have to do that.

Jessie was awesome! Went in today (1/31) around 6pm and she helped me out with all my needs today and helped me find what I was looking for. She was so amazing and sweet, i will be coming back here with her. I would’ve given this place 5 stars however, when I went in she did look pretty stressed and alone. It looked as if she was doing inventory all by herself while also taking all customers that entered while she was helping me. There was a guy outside who she said was her coworker but he never came inside to ask her for help while she was helping me and other customers! That was ridiculous because the other worker was just outside on the phone the entire time not helping her!! But besides this, the place is awesome!
