Came here quite often after they took over rock-and-roll-it but will not be back ever again after today. Beware when buying here!!, they sell faulty trash products with fake labels and advertising. If you decide to buy make sure you open your product in front of them and bring your own scale! They will not accept refunds or exchanges even though they scam their customers with fake faulty products. The cashier Daisy P does not have knowledge of what she’s selling and will say it’s not her fault, she refused to help me and told me to leave a review since there isn’t an email or phone number you can reach for management or the owner. Save your money and go to another shop.

Amazing place to get your vapes, they have a huge variety of cigars and tobacco options! Lovely interaction with Miss Lin at the counter! She was very helpful in finding the best product for my needs! Great location as well, easy to find and spot .

Ashley is the BEST. Knowledgeable on basically everything in there, so kind, and has such an inviting presence in the store and via customer service. Best vape city hands down. Love going to check out the different locations all over, but her service at any of the locations I’ve been to is always TOP TIER.

I highly recommend this shop and the 2 sales ladies were very nice. They answered all my questions and made some great recommendations that I purchased. This is now my neighborhood vape store and I'll be going back soon to get a new mod and coils. Awesome store
