This is the first time I visited…. Got a hookah…. But it was a wrong box initially… but then I visited the store back asking for a replacement ERIN was so nice she helped me to get a new one… Love this place… recommended for their price and lovely people

Came in first time and met with Erin, she was absolutely awesome and very educationed on her products with a great selection! GO SEE HER! And make this your new GO-TO shop!!!

Spencer and Erin were the absolute best! Come here! They got you! They are AWESOME, they helped guide me on exactly what I wanted and I ended up with more than I planned on!!! WILL BE BACK!!

Erin was super helpful and just so sweet! First time in the shop and now I found my new place!!! Such a great selection!!

Customer service is great but policies are terrible. Bought a lost Mary MT35k vape from here and the battery stopped working when it still had 40% juice in it. Stopped in to see if there was anything they could do and the lady said policy is no exchanges unless you try it in the store right after buying it and it fails while at the store(no hard feelings to her, she literally just works there). Puff Love may be slightly more expensive but they stand by the products they sell and will exchange if the battery fails.
