I came into this location and was helped by an awesome individual who helped me pick out a vape. So I bought the vape around 11:30pm which started dying on the way home. I called this morning and explained to someone who claimed to be the manager, how the battery was faulty (disposable component vape which has a battery and a pod). I asked to have just the battery replaced. He responded by telling me that the only thing he could do was give me a discount on a new one. He wouldn't give me his name or try to help fix the situation - mind you it's been less than 12 hours since I bought it. The only reason I am posting this here is because he wouldn't help remedy the situation and am hoping to get a response from someone who can help. Besides the faulty battery, which isn't their fault, and the lack of help in working to fix the situation, prices are good and the selection seems decent.

Jason is an absolutely wonderful individual who is very knowledgeable and friendly. He knows the products and is a great person to talk to. The store has a good selection, with prices that aren't too out of my range.

Terrible Customer service. Terrible prices, employee Called the owner for a price on a glass bubbler (took like 8 mins) Employee didn’t engage at all. The piece in question was a no name no brand glass pipe, no crazy function literally a bubbler less than 5 inches all around and he said $70 for it. Absolutely Delusional. Employe was terrible. Store doesn’t have its stuff together terrible inventory. Everything is overpriced. Save yourself the trip.
