10/10 store, from the service to the selection of high-quality cigars to the atmosphere of this place. I walked into this store the day I turned 21. Amazing people at the counter helped me find the perfect cigars to try for the first time, as well as another customer who was just shopping. Overheard it was my first time; next thing you know, everyone’s helping me find the perfect cigars and giving me the ins and outs of being a beginner cigar smoker. Walked out of the store with 4 cigars; they nailed all 4 of them with the recommendation as well as received a free cutter from the works at this shop as well as a free cigar from the customer who was just shopping. 10/10 store, really started my cigar journey on the right path, all thanks to the people in that store. Will be back soon!!

Absolutely fantastic. I am a Realtor with zero experience with cigars. The person behind the counter know exactly what my client was asking for and out of the HUNDREDS of cigars in this store he walked right up to it with in seconds. Due to changes in the city ordnance the could no longer have a smoking lounge like the one in Dallas. Both locations have the largest selection of cigars around and in one location. Check out the photos below

Great huge selection super convenient! The guy was very knowledgeable and very helpful. My new go-to cigar shop

Dana was absolutely fantastic. I'm a novice and had alot of questions and she was very patient and educational. I will only buy from here for now on. Thanks Dana!

Awesome cigar shop with a huge quality selection and helpful staff. This place has plenty of limited edition cigars as well. If they don’t have what you’re looking for odds are they have it at their Dallas location. Be sure to take advantage of the 15 cigars 15% off. No smoking in the Plano location so you dont have to worry about your wife yelling at you. 🤣 Shout out to Sammy, she’s great! 👍🏼
