They sell old vapes, no flavor and have definitely been sitting for over a year. Not only that, but they have fake geek bars. Wouldn’t recommend. Told the cashier the vape was flavorless and tasted burnt, said that’s not a good enough reason to swap with something else. Avoid this place, had better interactions at other spots.

I purchased a product that required some assembly. After browsing with an employee, she convinced me to try a new product. I mentioned I had never used it before, and was curious about the assembly process. She made it seem very easy, and didn't elaborate much aside from telling me to apply it in the hole at the top of the device. Low-and-behold, after doing so I discovered the assembly was inaccurate and I ruined the device. When contacting to dispute this, the employee I spoke with became very unfriendly. I spent more of my time going back to the store to get another, spending even more money while essentially having it blamed on me. When I tried to explain the situation, the employee doubled down and suggested she was, "being very nice" by offering a discount which was, "coming out of" her check. At this point, I was just ready to buy the replacement and leave. After spending more of my hard earned money, she said, "I'm paying for a part of this for you, the least you could do is thank me." I simply replied, "OK", and she immediately followed with, "don't come back" under her breath as I walked out. Indeed, I will not be back. There is a vape shop nearly every two miles in DFW. The competition is saturated, and with treatment like this I'm hard-pressed to believe this is a lasting business.

Love this shop, come here everytime I’m in town. Sarah is absolutely incredible. She’s always so helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely kind every single time I come in. You can tell she really cares about what she’s doing and goes out of her way to make sure you feel comfortable, informed, and taken care of. Her professionalism and warmth make every visit easy and stress-free. On top of that, the shop is always spotless, well organized, and super welcoming. I truly can’t say enough good things, Sarah is a huge reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend!
