My original vape store closed and I was so upset. Randomly while driving I noticed a NEW mini outlet. So I decided to take a look around, each time I've been in there the customer service was always so pleasant. In addition each time I've been in there, I've never seen the same person twice. With that being said THE WHOLE STAFF is simply amazing. Yesterday I stopped by an was greeted by Belinda she is a TOTAL vibe. I was sharing my past experiences with this location with her and she helped me remember this guy name from my pervious visit. BRANDON!!! Front and Center young man. I apologize for not remembering your name however, YOU did not forget. I mentioned I'll be back in two weeks and you really made my day (you know what you did) now that's CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WOW, THANK YOU SO MUCH. IT'S THE LITTLE THINGS THAT MAKE SUCH A BIG IMPACT!!! TWO THUMBS UP, I AM A OFFICIAL LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! I wish I could give BONUS STARS for this review. Belinda is the ONLY reason I go to funkosh. She is the backbone of this store. She bends over backwards for every customer that comes in and is amazing at up-selling products. She needs to be manager of the store with the amount of time she puts in. There are many times that this location will literally be LOCKED up on random days because the other employees do not show up for their shifts which is insane. I think whoever owns the store needs to give her a raise because she goes above and beyond for every single customer that steps foot into that shop. I really do not know what they would do without her. This is coming from a customer that is inside there at least 5 days a week.

Came to see what they had and I was not disappointed. They have literally everything. Including amazing customer service. The beautiful young lady who took care of me today is named Belinda.
