I recently visited Casanova Hookah Lounge and had a decent overall experience. The lounge has a nice atmosphere, comfortable seating, and a good place to relax with friends. The staff were polite and the service was acceptable. My main disappointment was with the pricing. The lounge advertises a Happy Hookah Hour, but after the service charge and other fees were added, the final amount was essentially the same as the regular price. That made the promotion feel misleading because there wasn't any noticeable savings for the customer. I don't mind paying for good service, but promotional offers should provide a real discount or clearly explain any additional charges that affect the final bill. Greater transparency would help customers know exactly what they're paying. Overall, Casanova Hookah Lounge has a pleasant atmosphere and decent service, but the Happy Hour pricing could be much clearer and offer better value. Based on my experience, I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

Casanova Richardson is a hidden gem. The vibe is super chill and cozy, making it a great spot to relax, hang out with friends, and enjoy the atmosphere. It’s BYOB, which is always a plus, and they even have FIFA games set up if you’re looking for some friendly competition. The staff is welcoming, the environment feels comfortable, and it’s the kind of place where you can easily spend a few hours without feeling rushed. Definitely worth checking out if you’re looking for a laid-back spot with good energy.

Very chill and well run place. Stays open pretty late as well. We happened by this spot late on a weekend as nothing else was open. Once inside we realized hookahs are mandatory and drinks are byob so we left almost immediately (we just dont do hookah). Owner realized this and immediately offered to refund our door charge (which he didn't need to). Shows that it's run by good people. Atmosphere inside was good - live DJ, chill, hookahs looked very good well.

Absolutely amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the vibe was on point—great music, comfortable seating, and a clean, stylish atmosphere. The hookah was top-tier with smooth pulls and long-lasting flavor, and they had a wide variety to choose from. The staff was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect throughout the night. Drinks and snacks were also a nice bonus. Whether you’re coming to relax or hang out with friends, this place is definitely worth it. I’ll be coming back for sure!”Absolutely amazing experience!
