I had an amazing experience at Sultan Café in Richardson. The food was absolutely delicious and full of authentic Mediterranean flavor. Everything tasted fresh, especially the grilled meats, hummus, and shawarma. The portions were generous and the presentation was great. The service was excellent as well. Zubi provided outstanding customer service and made the entire experience even better. Very welcoming, attentive, and professional throughout the visit. You can tell he truly cares about the customers and making sure everyone has a great time. The atmosphere is one of the best parts of the restaurant. It has a relaxing and lively vibe that makes it perfect for hanging out with friends or family. The music, hookah setup, and overall environment give the place a unique Mediterranean feel. The hookah was also very good — smooth, fresh, and one of the best hookah experiences I’ve had in the area. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Richardson and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, amazing hookah, excellent customer service, and a fun atmosphere.

You just never know who is watching!!! I just witnessed something that restored my hope in humanity. This place is the truth. This place has some of the best people working for them. I just saw the way they took care of a man with a stick that is usually used by a blind person. The way they cared for him when they didn’t know anyone was watching affected me so much that I had to write a review. This is more than just a cafe it is a place full of great people, food, and ambiance. Great job Sultan team. I hope you know your goodness was witnessed by at least one person.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great hookah spot with a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service. The hookah was great, and everything was well taken care of. The owner was a genuinely great and respectful man who made sure we had a good experience. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely be coming back! Basha . Thank you

We ordered a family platter, and it was really tasty. The meat was grilled at perfect temperature, and even fries were good. The only downside of this great restaurant is that if you are allergic to hookah, then you can't eat here unless the weather permits to eat out to their tables. We happened to catch perfect weather and enjoyed the great food with excellent service outside.

We got the wings and the mixed grill, the hookah is amazing !! They really know how to make a good hookah !! We got pan with gum mint. The mint lemonade slushy is not on the menu but ask the server, you wont regret it !! It tasted so fresh and refreshing.
