The owner, Tony, is one of the most helpful business owners I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with. Yesterday I set out to buy my first hookah system, and Tony was able to facilitate that process seamlessly. Upon calling his store with general inquiries, he immediately offered to show his on-hand stock via FaceTime to make sure I knew it was worth the drive (this was a nice touch). From the moment I walked in, Tony asked me a series of questions that gave him an idea of what I was looking for. He wasn’t trying to upsell me, he genuinely wanted me to walk away content with my purchase. For the next hour, he proceeded to take his time explaining, in detail, every relevant facet of what the hookah process entails. On top of that, he threw a wide variety of shisha samples, disposable tips, and tubes my way on the house. Tony is a savant of all things hookah, and a gentleman with regard to customer service. Anyone would be hard-pressed to find a more worthwhile hookah shop to stop by and shop with. I will unequivocally be a recurring regular with Hookah Heads due to the outstanding first impression made on me.

Hookah Head never disappoints. Yara gave top-notch customer service—very friendly and knowledgeable. They’ve got a huge variety of vapes, and if you’re looking for Crown Bar 15K, this is the spot. I won’t be going anywhere else!🌷

Hookah enthusiast, you need to check this place out! I was blown away by the selection of hookah tobacco and sheesha flavors. They had Russian, American, Arab, and house brand options, plus brands I’ve only really seen online like MustHave, Element, and DarkSide. The variety was incredible, and it made the whole experience stand out. Shout out to the Egyptian girl working there today! She is super knowledgeable about all the products and very friendly. I can’t wait to go back.

Affordable prices, nice discounts, and all the stuff available for hookah. Customers can enjoy a wide selection of flavors and accessories to enhance their hookah experience. The store also offers expert advice on setting up and maintaining your hookah for optimal enjoyment. With its convenient location and welcoming atmosphere, this shop is a go-to destination for hookah enthusiasts in the area.

Showed up as a complete hookah beginner. Tony, the owner, was incredibly knowledgeable and spent an hour explaining all the components, walking me through options, and making sure I was taken care of with the highest level of customer service. Can not imagine a better experience! Hookah heads is the best place to visit for all your needs!
