It’s 6:05pm now. I showed up about 25 mins ago, approx., 5:45pm on Saturday and it wasn’t open. The sign on the door said Opens at 4:45pm and nobody showed up while we waited for almost half an hour.

Best smoke shop I’ve been to plenty of selection to choose from

I bought a hookah less than a year ago before moving to a different city. They gave me different pieces to different hookah parts so when I finally opened it, it didn't work. It took weeks for them to figure out what pieces I needed and didn't need. I finally move and open it in a new city and it doesn't work because there's a hole where air is just passing through and so it doesn't work for obvious reasons. They should have made sure after the third or fourth trip I made that it was actually going to work. It's a great shop but I just feel like they could have done a better job of making sure it was actually going to work after all the back and forth I had to do.

Update:: still a frequent shopper of this location! Ali is great, always makes me feel welcomed and appreciated! Shows me the latest product and overall has great customer service! Love this Bahama Mama! Marcelo always takes care of my needs! Great products and great deals 🤩 definitely my favorite smoke shop.
