If I could rate it a negative or zero I would. They sell fake vapes and used. The owner said they wouldn’t provide a refund or exchange even if you have receipt. She said that the vapes “come” not filled like this

Absolutely horrible customer service. The girl with long red hair, working just now was horribly rude. I come here all the time and all of the other employees are really helpful. She started screaming at us, which made us feel very uncomfortable. She has absolutely no customers service skills at all and being vey aggressive. 6/28/26- 8:30pm

Absolute AMAZING first-time experience, the customer service was great. The one staff member Mari made me feel welcomed and unrushed in all my decision making with her good knowledge in every aspect!!!

This has been my go to spot for years. The staff is always cool as hell. Even when costomers are rude as hell. Like when this one guy was paying cash and was told there wasnt enough change in the till...Dude was an ass through and through..However, Kayla handled it like a pro...Dude left angry but she stayed calm. Staff like her make the store worth spending my money in.
