Love coming into the shop on the weekends, the girl who works the front desk is very attentive, and was over all helpful in finding me the exact vape I wanted to get. Y'all rock

Very clean, nice variety of products and good prices. Everyone here is always nice, and they know what they’re talking about! I only go to this store now

Since I cannot reply again I would like to follow up with the original complaint that I was sold a defective device and the company refused to exchange it, refund it, or store credit or do literally anything about it. I was then informed by an employee that is state law that they couldn't replace the device or issue a refund. Now I learn its just store policy, however, this screenshot shows the company offering another customer an exchange for a defective device. OH! and federal law states retailers have to issue a refund for defective merchandise sold. It is wrong of you to pass your losses on merchandise to the customer because it is too much of a 'hassle' for you to send bad product back to the supplier for your reimbursement. It is lazy and crooked that you'd allow your customers pocket to take a hit on manufacture defected product. I'm so glad you were able to give me a response because you've made it clear that you stand by your pitiful values and the customers do not matter to your company. I will never step foot in your shop again and I will be sure to warn others before they get scammed too.

It was great vibes at the location. Music was great and the cashier had good vibes too. The cashier was also very knowledgeable which is a plus. Final thing was that they were also open on Christmas Eve which was amazing!

Had a great experience today. Natasha assisted me with what I need and made it a quick easy transaction.
