The employees at this location are amazing. Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The owner, or the person managing their inventory needs to get their act together. Lately, theyve been completely out of atomizers for the bulk of their most popular devices. They're out of nearly all the juice I use, and they're always "two weeks away" from getting more. A store can't stay in business if they don't have inventory.... Having awesome staff can only get you so far if you don't have any product for me to buy. Get it together. I'm tired of having to order my stuff online.

This used to be a good vape store but now nothing is in stock and the store has gone downhill. I dont know who bought out this store but it was a bad move, for sure.

Create a cig is the best vape store in Round Rock. Austin's customer service skills are phenomenal. He wouldn't let me leave until I was completely happy with my purchase. Go create a cig you will love it.
