Chris is having a no good very bad day. I have never met someone so uninterested and irritated with his job at a vape shop and very much said it didnt matter if we are irritating him or not when we apologized and asked if we were bugging him where fogers were because we couldnt find them lol for all he knows i could have been having a bad day too. He is definitely too grown to act in such way.

As a customer who comes in here almost everyday !! Every employee has been nice. There’s a Hispanic chick who claimed today that I came in with an attitude in the past. Today’s a new day. And sorry she doesn’t like her job. She called me ignorant. And stated the manager who’s a manager isn’t a manager !!! Honestly I can’t wait for the managers to pull the cameras and see how bluntly disrespectful this female is! And how she’s running off customers and brining her personal problems to work !! Sorry you have to work on this beautiful day. But I walked in all smiles and was so nice. For her to just be ugly and rude the way she was !! Don’t recommend anyone coming here while she’s here !

I can't hype this place up enough (however I did just that...) - staff is and has always been nothing but helpful and nice in my many, many trips there.. Last time I went in, the customer being helped was taking a whole minute when someone who was in the shop (looking like they were browsing or just hanging out) helped me out with what I was after behind the counter! Figured out they weren't even on the clock or getting paid, but helped me out just because they noticed I was kind of impatiently waiting (but wasn't being rude or anything, I was just in a pretty big hurry ~ my wife told me to get in and out in under 5 minutes lmao)! That's what I call damn decent customer service, rather that's how I do things when I'm trying to help customers myself doing various methods of support... besides that, excellent selection, knowledgeable staff, decent prices too! (In hindsight, it turns out that their prices are about standard, if not higher than other shops - my big complaint is their selection of gummies ~ after trying 4 different times, getting the same ones 3 of those times and 2 other brands that were covering most the racks; it was all the same... It is hard to describe well, but I'd have to say what I walked away with was... well aged to put it nice, they were not only EXTRA sticky - sticking to the foil lined packaging they came in, but in some cases they had a best sell by date on it, which was either faded beyond reading, or had already passed some months back! Ended up with mixed results for what I was supposedly getting for my money - most often, I felt like I was being taken and sold some plain old Hasbro bears with extra glue/stick to them! Overall, I only felt like one of the gummy bags I bough was worth the time and money, even then hard to say it worth the money and time when it felt like a 25% strength of what it should have been! My sole regret - I didn't get his name, but I'll get it the next time I see him! 10/10 and that's coming from someone who has WIDELY shopped around vape shops in Round Rock and Austin - but finally found my 'home' shop now! Thanks again and See you again, Space Cowboy...

Excellent selection, great prices and friendly, patient and enthusiastic employees who don't mind answering a million questions. We will come back :)
