Pretty disappointed with the customer service here despite all of the awesome reviews I read. I purchased the wrong item and went in to try to exchange it for something else -- not even asking for a refund -- and was told that wasn't done, even tho the product was never opened and I had a receipt. The guy told me the owner would be the only one to help but he's only in on Wednesdays but gave no real time slot so I guess I just need to guess when he'll be there?

Great customer service. Austin was the best. They didn’t have what I wanted but he made it a priority to order it for me next time. Prices are reasonable

The staff clearly know their craft they take the time to explain products, make thoughtful recommendations, and never make you feel rushed
