I was going to ask 1 question and leave. I went in because I had good experiences before. This rude girl ruined the way I see that place. Then after the rude girl finished flirting with the other kid, she rudly asked what I wanted, I would have to ask several times before she would respond or even understand a very simple question. The question was so simple, did they carry a part (yes or no). Then after she didn't get the very simple question, she treated me like I was too stupid to read the back of a box. I wont go to stores that she is in, from here on.

The lady with the pink hair at the counter was so nice she gave me a new battery pack after the one on my foger broke randomly after I just got it and gave me one no charge, great customer support and service
