Had an awesome experience with alien smoke shop. This wonderful lady named Stacey was very helpful and got my account updated with out any issue. I will keep coming back to shop in the future. The shop itself is really cool, and the people working there are amazing and helpful. They talk up their high-quality, top-tier products, which I generally don't doubt. However, I bought some pre-rolls and none of them were smokable they were completely clogged and packed too tight. I went back to ask for help, and while I understand they don't do refunds, the employee actually admitted they were already aware of the issue with those specific pre-rolls. That’s where I draw the line. Why sell a product just to make a sale when you know it's defective? If you know a batch has issues, take it off the shelf instead of letting the customer lose money. I still think it's a good shop, but details like this are what determine if a customer comes back. Hopefully, this helps the owner or management address the issue.

Purchased a few hundred dollar device, and I spoke to a guy at one of the shops about getting it replaced because it randomly stopped working. I've had nothing but issues with it since purchasing it from here. Tried to get it replaced and they said it was too late and It was bought not even half a year ago.
