My first time going to Cloud 9 was a year ago with my best friend I liked the place so I decided that when I go back there for work I will visit. I went back there a week ago when I visited the city again. As a hookah and chill person, I will recommend this place specifically if you want to chill and have a vibe. The waitresses are very nice and patient. That’s my place to visit to smoke hookah have my drink and relax. By the way, it’s a BYOB place means bring your bottle. Don’t forget to visit Cloud 9.

The owner and her son are the most kind people and really made my birthday special. The owners dog suki is an angel. An amazing atmosphere and chill vibe. I’m gonna be a regular here for sure. 10/10 Couldn’t recommend this place more, my new favorite spot in San Antonio!

it’s was 10 for guys they double charged my card for $80 dollars was in for 10 minutes a fight went down it was so crowded that there was no room for anyone the front desk was helpful as well as one of the servers but terrible experience would never recommend

First time to a hookah lounge and it was perfect! Great customer service, amazing atmosphere. Great way to wind down and relax, many flavors to chose from. Very nice selection for hookahs, pipes, and vapes to buy. We will definitely be returning 😁
