Horrible, horrible service, assumed that someone was gonna buy something for their significant other just because she didnt have a physical ID, when her husband was the one getting cigars. I know the woman personally and know that she doesn't smoke at all, and it was just her husband that wanted to cigars, but ended up leaving because they wouldn't let them in without ID's, even when the husband went back in alone and assumed he was buying it for the wife. Don't recommend going to with your wife if she doesnt have an ID and/or looks young.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER !!! I came here with my husband and we got denied for no I.Ds we have never been denied at any cigar shop we have been too, I told them I only had a photo of my license and they didn’t care. So I went back to my vehicle and my husband went in instead, not only were they very disrespectful to us they were even more disrespectful to him when he went back in with his I.D assuming he was buying them for me 😡 I don’t even freaking smoke I just wanted to hang out with my husband in a smoke shop. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE COME HERE! INTERNATIONAL CIGARS IS WAY BETTER!!!

Been a member since 2013 and really enjoy the wide variety of cigars and depth of knowledge from their top notch staff. Tried many different brands and they can you very accurately tell what each will taste like. Like that I can ask they know the cigars without a snobbery...just what to expect. Also the membership is very cool because you can get points towards cigars very fast and they always seem to have some type of promotional going on. I like smoking in their lounge area which has nice comfy leather chairs and they have cutters and matches on hand and even sodas to enjoy with your smoke.

First time there it was close to the treatment center. Was not disappointed. Large humidor, excellent selection and customer service. If I'm ever needing a cigar while in San Antonio this will be the place I'll go. 👍👍💨💨

Helpful staff. I dropped in during work, and they helped me find exactly what I was looking for pretty quickly. I was back on the road in no time without even trying. I'm not in the area much, but I'll definitely be back when I am.
