I originally tried to write a very filtered review, but after thinking about everything that happened, I want to explain why I won’t be coming back. My friends and I had been coming here for years. On the night this happened, I intentionally did not order any food or drinks because I did not want any confusion over charges. One of my friends ordered food for herself, another friend left early because she wasn’t feeling well, and the rest of us stayed until closing. As we were leaving, the waitress came outside and told me I had an open tab. I told her I didn’t because I had not ordered anything. The conversation then shifted to saying someone owed $5. It wasn’t even about the amount—it was the fact that I was being stopped outside and treated like I owed money when I had purposely not purchased anything. To make matters worse, the owner’s son had been eating from my friend’s plate throughout the night. He wasn’t invited to do so, yet somehow we were the ones being questioned over money at the end of the night. After I left my original review, I was told the owner said my friend was no longer allowed to bring outside food because her friends were “cheap.” Whether or not he agreed with my review, hearing that about long-time customers was disappointing and only reinforced my decision not to return. Weeks later, my friend has also told me the same waitress laughs or makes remarks when he comes in to buy vapes. Whether that’s directed at us or not, it hasn’t changed my opinion of how this situation was handled. This review isn’t about $5. It’s about how customers are treated when there’s a disagreement. I supported this business for years, but after this experience I’ve decided to spend my money elsewhere.

This place has the best hookahs in town. Flavors you can’t find at many other places, and high quality hookahs that aren’t used at many other places. If you want a quality hookah, great drinks and great vibes, come here. Super friendly people too. I’d put 6 stars if 6 stars was a thing, but I don’t think it’s a thing. I checked.

This lounge offers one of the best hookah experiences I’ve had in San Antonio. The flavors were rich, the coals were managed perfectly, and the staff made sure everything was just right. The environment is cozy and clean — perfect for a relaxing evening with friends

Owners are incredibly helpful, personable, and interact with all the customers that I saw. Food is SO good and the drinks are wonderful. I personally love the Chai’s. They have such a welcoming atmosphere clients regular and new all chatting. They have so many tvs to be able to watch games, shows, play group games on the screen. If ever there is a concern or a need the staff and owners are so quick to jump in and see how the can help and make the experience better. The prices are also so reasonable and honestly such a great quality product for such a great price. New fav spot to go for hookah and vibes!

My new favorite neighborhood hookah lounge. The staff are all amazing and the flavors are always on point. I’m indecisive so I always have them make a mix for me and they have never disappointed. Good food and drinks too! Always great vibes there and very reasonably priced!
