Planet 420 San Antonio is overpriced and overrated. The customer experience is consistently disappointing. Staff regularly have an attitude, which makes the visit uncomfortable and unwelcoming. They never seem to have my vape flavor in stock, and there’s no effort to offer alternatives or solutions. Overall, the business feels poorly run, disorganized, and not focused on customer satisfaction. For the prices they charge, the service and inventory should be much better. There are far better options in San Antonio that value their customers and actually deliver.

Not a complaint towards this place because they are awesome but they ARE NOT open a 9am. Please change this on google.

I have come here a couple of times and this place looks a lot better now you guys have more products and that’s awesome ! The store is clean the new guy Stoney is super cool, and really knowledgeable about all the products I love his vibe he makes you feel welcomed as soon as you come in . He’s the reason we will definitely being coming back his customer service is amazing !!!!!

Went in to get mt Nana a vape by her request/demand (lol) and didnt know where to being. Was helped and pointed in the right direction of product (which she was happy with) so tysm!!! Store is very clean and cool inside!!!
