Grace was incredibly helpful and provided excellent customer service. She was very knowledgeable and informative about all of the products in the store, which made the experience even better. I also really appreciated the welcoming environment and how clean and organized the store was. Grace and Ab are truly some of the best employees at Smokeland. Their professionalism and great customer service definitely stand out!

Great selection! Hunter is always so friendly and has the best recommendations. There’s a different brand shop by my place but this shop has more selections and lower pricing - so happy to have found it!

1st strike - Sold me a pre rolled which was absolutely ditch weed. I went back and got another. So, alright I guess. 2nd strike - Some dude that works there was talking about he was "looking for me?" Lol. Why? Business is business. It's nothing personal. 3rd strike - Yesterday some girl in there tried to sell me some gummies that I had been buying for weeks at a greater price. I know the little bag costs $4.99. She was trying to charge $5.99, but the strange thing is, she even has the audacity to say, "oh, let me give you the discount." ??? Lady... I have been buying these exact package for the past month for $4.99, now you're gonna try and charge more for whatever reason? I mean, the dread to go in there and not knowing what they're gonna want to charge you next is close to pathetic. The only reason that I'm giving this place two stars instead of one is because I'm not unreasonable. I understand business. And I understand these are hard times. But if you got something against the people who contribute towards your business, I would assume they disserve just a small amount of respect. Anyway. I'll be going back there for that specific product, and I wouldn't mind getting sum $$$ by taking some legal action if that's how far they'd like to go. You may think, "oh. C'mon it's just a dollar," but if a "dollar" wasn't as important, then why would they be sneaking that extra dollar if it means nothing to them? ... Food for thought. Many people don't know the value of a dollar, but clearly, they do.

One of the best smoke shops around. Great prices, top-quality products, and the staff is always helpful and welcoming. Definitely coming back.
