Everyone here is always great. They always great me, give good advice and take the time to get to know me since I come in every week. Only vape shop I go to for this reason. They have a great selection of everything I need, plus the points to earn discounts over time is great.

My go to shop, been coming for years. Great selection of products, the promos and specials are always great. Dylan and Mikayla are highly knowledgeable, professional and friendly, couldn’t ask for better people! They truly are the heart of this shop. I always recommend this shop to everyone, my favorite Red Star in the area. If you’re not sure on what to get or where to start they will help guide you in the right direction.

Theres too many smoke shops that exsist! With crappy customer service and barely audible english while they play on a phone as you try to pay. (This was the 3rd smoke shop i visited trying to find something!) Super frustrated coming in. So it is quite a relief to have been greeted with a nice smile and attitude. Also in addition to them having exacltly what i needed. The prices are very fair. And Mikayla thank you so much. According to most other reviews and my experience. it is apparent that Mikayla has been and is continuing to upsell customers (in a good way) and more importantly i am sure that because of this young lady many newcomers will become solid regulars! Quality products + Fair pricing + High quality customer service = bullish buisness! Sorry for long review. Lastly... I have a question for the higher ups here. That is this.... what have yall done differently or in addition in order to recognize Mikayla's very quality hard work and many stellar reviews? Please reply below. What can we do in return in order to appreciate her commitment to the job? Positive reinforcement goes a long way. Also please do more than just words. She has made so much extra money for yall please pass it down financially. I live like a 25 minute drive from yall. I will definitely be coming back from here on! Thanks yall!

The people here are so friendly and knowledgeable! I usually talk to Makayla (sorry if I spelled it wrong) and Dylan. I am not the best with names, but met a new girl there today & she was so nice too! I have been here a few times & they are the best reps at a vape store that I have ever met! Thank you for being awesome! 🤩
