Upon entering this store, I intended to make a purchase as usual. I politely asked if I could take a short video for a review, and the two employees informed me that videos and pictures were not allowed. I completely respected their policy and immediately put my phone away. However, after that interaction, I felt uncomfortable and as though I was being profiled for no apparent reason. Regardless of how someone may look, every paying customer deserves to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. The experience made me uncomfortable enough that I decided to leave without making a purchase. I went next door instead, where I was treated very welcomingly. Customer service and the way customers are made to feel truly matter, and unfortunately, my experience here was not a positive one.

I’ve been coming here for months and Chelsea made my night. She was so helpful and I felt comfortable asking questions. Her knowledge of the products made it even easier to find what we were looking for! We will always come back, you could get lost in there with Chelsea for hours.

This shop has never disappointed me. Great service, always in stock with a wide variety of different brands and strength/potency to get you where you need to be. I love the points system that connects with the FiveStars app. The discounts you can earn from being a loyal customer is great. They also offer a 10% military discount however you forfeit the points to use towards other discounts when using the military discount. Thank you Supernova for being there when I need you.
