UPDATED 2026-07-30. New Staff and they are wonderful! We will resume going back to Smokers Galaxy! I told myself I wasn't going back and then she needed pods while on the way somewhere, so I reluctantly stopped. I'm glad I did. Staff was Great! Staff was Upbeat, Friendly, had urgency and overall the experience was why we used to go to the other place. It was a great experience and we look forward to going back. The owner did call back after i had left a message with a complaint from the previous experience and I did get to discuss my bad experience with them. They were genuine in asking for feedback and their empathy. I'm glad they have replaced the bad apple. This is somewhere we'll continue to go because we need their products and we like supporting local business, especially ones that focus on customer service and adapt.

I have been shopping here since they opened and haven't had any problems. My son bought some cbd gummies, and once in the car, I realized they were expired in March of 2022, so over 2 years ago! When we brought them back in, the lady said "sorry no refunds or exchanges, they were discounted. " There was no indication they were discounted. He would never have bought them knowing they were expired. I never thought a store would sell you a product knowing it was expired by over 2 YEARS! As I said, I have been shopping here for a while. I can't believe this is how they treat loyal customers. Edit to this post. my son (22 years old) reminded me he never touch the product before buying it. She took it out of the case and went straight to the register. He never had a chance to touch it and she never told us it was expired.

Bought a tin of starbuzz shisha on 7-16-26. Didn’t realize until after I left the best by date was January 2024. I will never shop there again.
