I didn’t think I’d ever feel like a smoke shop deserves a 1 star review but these guys are pretty 1 star. Purchased a bottle of e-liquid just before closing - I was rushed and given crap service- and walked out with zero nicotine juice. The very next day came back and was told by the same employee that sold me the juice that they wouldn’t exchange my unopened purchase for the right one. The manager over the phone offered me 10% the purchase of another bottle. HAH! That is really, REALLY poor customer service and a great way to lose customers.

Fantastic store, plenty to choose from, friendly and knowledgeable staff help with some recommendations as well as introduced me to some products I found quite useful. With so much to chose from and their wide range of prices will accommodate any budget. I always feel like I'm among family when I walk in and am greeted which is probably why I keep coming back! Congratulations on the new store and keep up the awesomeness!

They sold me some recently I legalized products out of the back of the store which is nice, but they had me pay $100 for illegal products that don't function. This store at no point has been a reliable place shop at.
