**** DO NOT SHOP HERE **** This is the second time I've patronized this store and get overcharged by the same shady, questionable cashier! I purchased 3 items in total: (1st) item $44, (2nd) item $2, and (3rd) item $7. My fault in not asking for the total prior to handing over my card, but I expected a receipt. When I asked for one and questioned what I was being charged, this cashier quietly asked me to follow him outside because of the cameras. We walked outside and he proceeded to tell me he accidentally pressed an additional item for $20, and he was not able to refund me. Again, I asked for a receipt. He stated his screen was frozen and he couldn't give me one. He then called his supervisor supposedly on the phone but told her he voided the order therefore was not able to provide a receipt! THIS PLACE IS SHADY! THE PRODUCT IS A HIT OR MISS! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SHITTY! AND YOU WILL GET SCAMMED!! STAY AWAY!

Alex was super helpful in helping me pick a new device for myself to use. I really liked YOCAN* brands but she explained the other types of devices and I’m real happy with the choice! Recommended place to stop by if you are looking for something new or something cool! Edit to Update… the device was used and im pleased with it! No return needed

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Bought a vape and it didn’t work. I came back to exchange and they were unwilling to assist. As an active-duty service member who bought on Veterans Day in the midst of a government shut down and spent Almost $30 worth and they are unable to help. As you can see, the oil is practically full but not pulling. Immediately no. A friend of mine bought a vape as well and she told me hers wasn’t working. I would NOT recommend buying from here. At. All.

Seems like a shop for mostly vapes but they do have a few other things. Usually all the prices are too high, such as their butane- ridiculously high, but sometimes a few things are reasonably priced. Some of the workers seem to hate their job but others are friendly
