I have been buying all my batteries at vape city for almost 2 years. Today I went to exchange my old 18650 with their exchange program and was told by a young girl that it is not the policy and never was. I told her I've done this exchange several times. She was adamant that I cannot exchange them. Im quite disappointed in her attitude and when I told her to contact a manager she stated she is one. I promptly left the store, probably going to avoid this vape city. Called up the lockhill-selma vape city and they are happy to exchange the battery. I think the manager at this location needs some training on policies and procedures.
