This store staff deliberately deceives customers into purchasing products by strategically placing them in misleading locations. For instance, mushroom edibles that are merely for nutritional purposes and have no psychoactive effects are conveniently placed next to those that do have an effect, and they are designed to appear identical. This is a blatant attempt to trick customers. Additionally, the staff I spoke to on the phone at this location was extremely disrespectful and admitted that this practice is intentional, leaving it up to the customers to figure it out. I usually accumulate hundreds of points each month from my purchases at this company, but unfortunately, they have lost one of their most loyal customers due to the unprofessional behavior of the staff here.

Went in there the other day spoke with a very sweet young lady named nayelly she was so helpful and very knowledgeable about things i felt I should leave a review for this place also very clean inside loved the vibes will be returning!

Im from out of town. Called this place and was placed on hold for 15 mins two separate times. Just wanted to buy some coils. Im from out of town. First it was a guy this morning. I thought we just got disconnected. Than this young lady July 13 this morning. Just wanted to know if you had what I needed so i could drive over. Made me more stressed out. Thanks for nothing

A piece of junk, one of the cigarettes was defective. I just asked for an exchange for one in good condition, but they make you wait forever so you'll leave without getting anything replaced. They're garbage, I don't recommend them at all, and I'm going to post all of this on Facebook and TikTok too.

Very very bad customer service. The lady at night is a very races individual.. she picks and chooses who she wants to ID. When other individuals came in before me she did not ID. I will never go there and spend my money. This is the only vape city that has done this every time I’ve came here!
