I would have given this shop a 4 star rating SOLEY ON THE FACT THAT I NEVER KNEW THIS PLACE WAS HERE!! And the reason it got bumped up to 5 stars is because John the employee who was working was FABULOUS!! As soon as I walked in he greeted me, asked if he can help. I asked my questions, he answered. He was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Great customer service!!! The shop was nice and clean, has a large selection on vapes and pens as well as other products and the prices was great!! Now that I know this shop is less than 5 mins away from me, I will definitely be back!!

I've been shopping at this location for more than a year and I'm always treated with respect and greeted with a smile. They always have what I need and the rewards program helps me get great deals. Highly recommended!

Store staff extremely rude and got Mad because he gave the wrong price after I told him the price is posted by product. Mind you I’m telling him the price was more that what he said . Then he proceeds to curse at me cancel my sale and said don’t come back. Horrible service don’t go here if you wanna be treated as a valuable customer. SAVE YOUR MONEY FOR AN ESTABLISHMENT THAT VALUES THEIR CUSTOMERS.

The gentleman at the establishment was exceedingly rude. No hello, no goodbye, just a scowl as he grabbed the requested items. And I'm a very friendly guy, mind you. I wish he was more like the other guy, the big friendly fella. We always chat away. I felt very unwelcome at a place I've patronized for quite some time now. Not sure if I will in future.
