No A/C and their credit card machine wasn't working. And just 1 brand of nicotine bags which I never heard of before and super high on nicotine lvl too. Passed on buying went elsewhere.

I enjoyed visiting Vape City. It's well lit up, clean and the young man working there is not only knowledgeable, he's very honest too. I'll definitely give them a visit when I'm in town...and recommend them to everyone I know.

EDIT: 4 months ago, I came to this store and met Jake. He was a sight for sore eyes because idk what's going on in Vape shops here in San Antonio where everyone acts hard and rough selling THC products, and I figured Jake was the best to offer. That is until I met Noah. Noah's a Diamond. Without prompted, he was ready to help with actual heart in his voice, you can tell this man loves his job and meeting clients of all kinds that walk through the door. It's really refreshing knowing that when I come to the store, there will be a chance to come across someone who's not looking at me like I walked into the wrong store/neighborhood. Love to see customer service that doesn't make you feel you'd be better off buying things online. A+++ Noah, keep it up :) 100% recommend talking to Jake if you're new or just want someone to talk to about their products. Going to a store with a variety of products can make you feel shitty when you drop cash, go home, and it's the opposite of what you want.
