So for a back story me and my husband have gone to quick trip since we have moved to the sherman/Denison area. And as most young people enter the world everyone struggles to make money and find a job. Many of the people in the quick trip have been kind to us except for one person. Tonight we went to quick trip to get us some snacks and drinks and when we went to pay we were short 60 cents. So we asked the cashier, (which I didn't get her name but she's the shorter one with black hair and looks to be either Asian or maybe native) to take off one of the corn dogs and take it back. So we paid and everything was good and she proceeded to say "make sure you have money in your account because this isn't the first time this has happened." Mind you we NEVER asked to keep the items and we even told them we were sorry but we were struggling financially. I understand there's I protocol and what not but she did not need to be that rude about it. Especially since we didn't ask to keep it. People run short on money and that's normal. We will NOT be going to quick trip again and will be giving our business to quick verse.

A great stop when traveling. QuickTrips are always clean. Good drinks and food you love but shouldn't be eating.
Stopped in on our way thru town. Friendliest jolly guy working there today (brightened our day!). Clean facilities, lots of food and drinks to choose from. Love a good QT!
My experience dealing with Dalia was extremely unpleasant. She was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I asked for help, she acted like my concerns were an inconvenience, and she seemed more interested in arguing than solving the issue. Her attitude created a hostile environment and made me feel unwelcome as a customer. I would strongly recommend speaking with someone else if you need assistance, because Dalia does not treat people with respect.
I was in need of a restroom. The staff were real kind. And I am looking forward to coming back again.
