The black guy working around 8pm on June 17th has either the worst customer service or so stupid he can’t even offer to help out. I went in and he was talking to this other guy about a vape, and I stood there for at least 8-10 minutes while he kept showing this other dude 10 different vapes and talking about them non stop. Not once did he acknowledge me or ask me to wait, or ask the customer to step aside while his idiot self decided what vape he wanted. I don’t know why he’s still employed this isn’t the first time something like this has happened. You lost a good customer because I live 5 minutes away and this place is on my way to work, I will be going down the street to another store

This place is awesome the chick working over night was really helpful don't think I caught her name but she took time and we had great conversation... She's the best! She's very knowledgeable In the different products and recommends the ones that seem to be the best from other customers points of view will be going back.. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I do agree with a previous comment about the night shift guy, wasn’t a very friendly or welcoming attitude. I’ve come other times and never had that experience with anyone else though so I’ll give some credit there. I bought a vape just now going on two days ago and it’s completely stopped working. I think I got a faulty product not necessarily the stores fault they can’t test and open a vape like that so I won’t blame them for it. Just annoying and inconvenient.

Savannah and Savannah were both amazing and very knowledgeable about the products I got off work stressed but came out happy knowing that my purchases will have me satisfied. Company’s need more Savana’s to represent them.

Awesome store. It has everything you need and more. The young lady working was extremely helpful and has great customer service skills. Highly impressed
