Lilo was very helpful. She personalized my experience and made sure I was a happy customer. She took the time to tailor everything to my needs and even offered to look up the item for me if it wasn’t in stock.

I just left smoke villa. I pulled up at 8:59 the worker was late and got there at 9:02 I sat in my car for 2 minutes waiting for her to get all the lights on. I go inside and she tells me we're not open till 9:00 and made me leave even though it was 9:02. I live less than 1 minute away and will never go there again Great customer service smoke villa!

I've been visiting this smoke shop for a while. They always very helpful. Lot of information. It's it's become one of my favorite spots to visit of the many that are out there Savannah's great every time I come in as well as the rest of the staff
