I am writing to share some well-deserved feedback regarding one of your team members, Isabelle. Every time we visit, she consistently stands out for her high level of professionalism, boundless enthusiasm, and exceptional dedication. Her vibrant energy and positive attitude turn every routine interaction into a wonderful experience, and it is clear she takes immense pride in her work. Thank you for hiring someone of Isabelle’s caliber. Employees like her are rare, and she is a massive asset to your business. I would greatly appreciate it if the owner or general manager could reach out to me directly at your earliest convenience. I would love to speak with leadership about her outstanding impact and inquire about the best formal channels to ensure she receives the official recognition and appreciation she truly deserves.

Yo Lexi!!! Thank you for working with Alicia at your other location in Spring to give me the items I'm looking for. I hope you enjoy the flavor I bought for you as a THANK YOU. As soon as I can, I will try to find that snow globe if I have it in my storage. Highly recommend this location and it's other location nearby. Very helpful people very friendly, good spirits.

I've been here twice this week to find something for pain. I have a horrible kidney stone and the doctors won't help me so I went up here and the employees that work here are extremely nice and helpful. They found me something that actually helps!
