Hands down Brittney at Smoke Heaven of Tomball is probably the best sales representative I've ever met. She answered all my questions with a confident, down to earth approach and was equally polite doing so. She truly made my buying experience pleaurable and I really enjoyed her engaging conversations about various items in the store and was quite impressed with her comparison analysis and product knowledge. I was also very impressed with her professionalism, passion and dedication to her job and would be proud to recommend a raise because I would NOT want to loose such an amazing employee! KEEP UP THE AMAZING WORK BRITTNEY!!!!

Brittney is amazing. She is very professional and knowledgeable about all of the products. I have stopped by several times for various products and she always explains each one and helps me choose the best ones. She always greets me with a friendly smile and welcome every time I enter. I will definitely be back to visit again!

I loveeeeeeeeeee Smoke Heaven. They always have what I want in stock and if they don't, they try and find me something similar to it. Brittney is always so cheerful and helpful. All the flavors I have is because of her. Love her and Smoke Heaven so much. If ya haven't been, get there and try it out. They're great!

Visited smoke heaven this morning and Miss Allie was a huge help. She was very knowledgeable and provided insight on products and assisted me in choosing some products to purchase. Will be returning soon!

I didn’t get a chance to formally go into the store, but if the customer service is anything that I received on the phone, you definitely wanna go there. Brittany was very nice and all my questions even the dumb ones and never lost her patience with me. thank you so much Brittany for your help Five Star review.
