I love going here usually and I had previously given this five stars but I just wanted to change my review with what happened yesterday. I have came home from a work trip friday morning and purchased a vape. I tried It out in the store , everything worked fine and then later that day the vape died. So as you do I plugged it in It sat on the charger for about an hour no Charge. So I tried a different chord and box thinking , maybe the charger was bad letting it sit for another 30 minutes once again Didn't charge. I brought it back as the juice was still full. I mean it was brand new the gentleman at the counter saw the juice was full and even Plugged it to see if it would charge for him. After waiting a couple minutes, he said Yeah it's not charging it's probably a faulty battery.I mean, it's brand new and still has full juice You've barely used it. When I asked for him to replace it. He said the most I can do is give you a ten percent discount on another one. Which is a little frustrating because I definitely feel like I got scammed out of like thirty bucks for the first one. I do still like this place and it is my first bad experience in about a year. That's why I did not go down any lower than three stars.

Vitrum Smoke Shop never disappoints, and that’s 100% because of the people there. Celine is seriously one of a kind — her vibe is unmatched. From the second you walk in, she makes you feel welcome, comfortable, and taken care of. She actually listens to what you want and always comes through with solid recommendations. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping customers, not just selling products. And shoutout to Carlos and Marcos too — both of them are super chill, friendly, and always ready to help. They keep the same good energy every time I come in, answer questions without making you feel rushed, and make the whole place feel laid-back and welcoming. The teamwork there is on point. Because of Celine, Carlos, and Marcos, Vitrum feels way more like a community than just a smoke shop. If you want great service, good vibes, and people who actually care, this is the spot. Carlos and kyle make this shop so great to come into. Great atmosphere and prices. Musics always good and ive never met a bad worker. Marco is also great for the days he covers over here. Come check them out.
