billy is very knowledgeable, always very helpful when I come in. Hate to hear he is leaving.

Billy came through with helping me get honestly the best flavor fifty bar I have tried. Very knowledgeable and helpful with the products in the store.

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff

The products are amazing. The vibe is super chill. The staff is awesome and know their stuff. And the customer service is just *chefs kiss*. I would highly recommend to anyone in or passing through the Tyler area!

Trent is absolutely amazing! Will definitely be back! Don't see me visiting any other smoke shops from here on out
