Abrar has the best customer service i’ve seen in a while !! guy knows his stuff and always helps me out anytime i come in Checking back in a few months later, i live right next to this place and im not gonna lie lol, im here often. Wahib is so damn cool, takes the time to help me out with what he thinks is good and also good price. has never steered me wrong! 10/10 would recommend, only place i go to anytime i need anything

Two of the worst experiences I have ever had at a smoke shop in Tyler. The younger guy at the counter, assuming his name is “Abrar” by the other posts here.. he is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. This instance they sell the refill pods for the lost Mary’s and they have it listed as 29.99 I knew that wasn’t right because the other store had them for cheaper and I said “I think the other just smoke in Gresham has them for 20 or 25 dollars” he then proceeded to laugh in my face and tell me there isn’t another just smoke over there, so I pull it up on Google Maps and show him and that seemed to piss him off even more, so he calls that store and speaks in another language laughing and giggling, then says in a demeaning manner “Yep, sir your wrong they have it for 24.99 just like I told you.” No he didn’t he tried to sell it to me for 29.99 just as it’s listed in his store he then tried to gaslight me saying he told me I was 24.99 to begin with. If that’s the case why isn’t it listed for that price to begin with? Regardless the price isn’t what mattered it’s how he talks to a customer, he spoke to me like I was a dog on the street. I will never be back, and I will tell everyone I know to never shop here again.
