this vape shop has sold me the flavored geek bars for YEARS, once the law changed and they required you to have a phone number to still buy them, which was fine as i’ve always been apart of the point system. suddenly today, they claimed they “no longer sell them” all because i had a hard time understanding the gentleman when he was asking me random questions. the crazy part is i KNOW they still sell them as i bought from them LAST WEEK!!! very rude and unprofessional.

One of the nicer stores I’ve been in. They’ve got a lot of cool leds and the store is always clean :) If they’re out of the flavor you like they recommend some really good alternatives!

Lost me as a customer, as a leader in the service business; customer retention is willing to help when things are outside of both the customer & employee's control; it was neither the business's fault nor mine that the product I was given did not broke, a $5 discount on a full vape that was still at 80% before it stopped working is a joke, because according to your rep she would have exchanged it if it had broken the day before????? Absolutely shows what the business's personal interest is.

They are the only place that carries what I need but it's still pretty expensive. Especially since I know where I can get what I need for half the price and I don't have to drive into the city
