This place was great until they hired on this completely unprofessional kid that calls everyone bro, has no idea what he's talking about, and is rude on top of that. Hard pass. You'll be better off getting your smokes or vapes elsewhere. To the owner: Teach your team customer service. I've spent tons of money in your stores, but no more. You lost me and I sincerely hope you go out of business unless you fix that.

I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years and all I can really truly say is I really miss the old staff… the chunky white guy pisses me off every time I go into this vape shop since he’s been there but today seeing him throw an external tantrum because he was more worried about his DoorDash order than paying attention to the large purchase I was making solidified any past experiences.. and after being referred to another shop for the other product I was looking for all I can say is how glad I am to not have to deal with this shop anymore. Then come to find out the shop I was referred to for the glass I was looking for was a lot cheaper. Farrrr cheaper than for anything I’ve bought from this shop in the time I’ve been coming here.

Super helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes it can be intimidating coming into stores like this- but the staff here have always made me feel welcome as soon as I walk in the door. Thank you!

This place used to be good. The old crew was always helpful and very kind. The new guys aren’t even experienced and are rude and not welcoming at all. Never coming here again. Some guy was working there alone today and he was rude and seemed as if he didn’t want to be there. Then don’t work there simple

Do not shop at this place. I’ve been coming here for 5 years and the old staff was way better. Walked in to purchase some coils and juice and the guy proceeded to keep getting mad at me even though I specifically said what I needed and even looked at my device to make sure. Then brought out regular juice even though my device is salt inc WHICH HE LOOKED AT. The new crew doesn’t know anything and have lack of attention. Shop anywhere else but this stupid place
