the first time we visited, we bought some products that had actually expired about six months prior. Unfortunately, they were already opened by the time we realized, but I took them back anyways to ask for a refund. We were told that nothing could be done because the product has already been opened, and that we could maybe come in next time to ask the manager for 10% off. Not a huge deal but just a little frustrating to have that experience as a first time customer!

Love Ronnie! Ronnie really took the time to go over the different vaporizers and how they work. She’s also really great with product recommendations and giving you an idea of what they’re like.

What vape store closes at 7PM on a Friday, for real? Also caught a serious attitude from the long haired skinny 20 year old looking dude that works here last time I came in. I forgot my wallet, my partner has a photo of his ID, I knew they wouldn’t accept it but my partner asked before I could telepathically communicate that to him; he was totally impolite in declining the request, and when I said “no worries, thanks have a good day” he straight up ignored me and walked away. We were making eye contact… I’m js, customer service is lost on kids that entered the work force since Covid. Do better
