So the glass at this store is amazing, top tier and some of the best I've ever seen. But employee who helped me was disinterested and are incredibly unenthusiastic about being there. the real negative part is that I decided to buy a few sodas since they've got some hard to find flavors but the price was insane. 5$per 20oz bottle and even that would have been fine if the soda i had bought wasn't expired. Not just by a few days or weeks but by over a half a year. So awesome place to buy glass pieces but not for other things.

Edit- when you mess up as a business the answer is not to bully people who come into your store because they spoke the truth. We needed papers, the place we usually go to doesn't have the ones we like. So we decided to give these guys another chance, and as soon as we walked in I'm guessing the guy who was late that one morning felt the need to call me out for leaving a bad review when I am fully in my right to be upset and leave whatever kind of review I want when a "professional business" isn't open when they should be, probably because of HIM! Which is why he took it personal or whatever, right?! Take some freaking accountability dude! That's what Google is for! To inform other people of how a business operates. How he handled it was completely unprofessional, the way he reacted to me? Was not the way to patch things over, and get me to take down the review. He was looking for fight and was very confrontational right off the bat, and made no effort to apologize for not being open. He was just mad that I left a bad review. It just solidified my reasoning for leaving the review in the first place, learn some problem resolution skills or take a class on how to descalate a tense situation instead of making it worse. 😊 What should have happened is he should have apologized for not being open when they should be and communicated that that's not normal, everyone has days where they are late, I can understand that, then just kindly ask me to take down the review. If he would have done that instead? I would have gladly taken down my two star review, but that didn't happen! So now they get 1 star and I will gladly spend my money and travel farther to a different smoke shop.

Don't waste your time here. Use to be a loyal customer of this smoke shop but they don't care about their customers at all. Plenty of better smoke shops around this area just go elsewhere if your looking for any vape products.

Smoke City is unlike any other shop in the valley and I'd be confident enough in saying, best in Utah. They have a variety of different products and I have seen first hand the efforts from the owner to meet the needs of his customers day in and day out. Very family oriented type vibes from their staff and both the gentleman working the front counter have always been quick to greet me and make sure I am taken care of. I would recommend Smoke City 1st to anyone who's particular about what they're looking for and want to have a good experience in doing so.
