yesterday one of their glass sellers chased me out of the building claiming I was going to back into his car (?) even though he was in the wrong for parking the wrong way (he had to cut in front of oncoming traffic to even get to this side of the street)?? I don't understand why people affiliated with this shop and who actively sell them glass are allowed to chase patrons out of the store (See photo, he is in the doorway yelling at another customer!!) but honestly Amazon sells the stuff they sell at a third of the price, and they'll deliver to my door. I'm done buying locally when they refuse to treat me like a human being and not their pay check. Note: I have literally been going to this shop since 2017 when I got to Burlington for college but this is the last straw.

Great selection of items and not only that but the people who work here are kind and great people.

Very helpful staff. They helped me pick out the perfect birthday present for a good friend of mine.

Owner is a sweet pea. Always nice to go in there. Been a spot of mine forever. They have a mix of everything. The prices on the pieces are respectable always. I have yet to see a piece out of range for what it is. Good price of nicotine products. Really cute posters and art. Honestly. I want to sit in the back and smoke up with all of them. That's the vibe when I go in.

Here's the thing... they have everything you need in one stop, and the glass selection is amazing, however your experience is going to hang fully on who is working that day. You will either have incredible service from well informed, nice young people, or you are going to deal with nasty attitudes from entitled young jerks who find it acceptable to make inappropriate comments and gestures toward you. They have a couple employees who should not have anything to do with customer interactions. Honestly, it's not worth it to me to even stop in anymore, which is a shame, because I used to love to stop in every couple weeks to buy a new piece for my glass collection. I won't spend a single hard earned dollar of mine there again.
